OBD2 Code P0279 Definition:
Code P0279 is triggered when the Power Train Control Module (PCM) detects a low voltage in the Fuel Injector #7 Circuit. During normal conditions the PCM turns the Fuel Injectors ON and OFF in the Fuel Injection System.
